All PeaceOverPower products are made‑to‑order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. This allows us to offer high‑quality items, on‑demand production, and global shipping.

Order Processing

• Once an order is placed, Printful handles production, packaging, and shipping on our behalf.

• Production time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

Shipping & Delivery

• Printful ships orders directly from their fulfilment centres located in the USA, Europe, and other global locations.

• Shipping times vary by destination but generally fall within:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s live rates.

• Some items may ship separately depending on fulfilment centre availability.

Customs & Import Fees

• International orders may be subject to customs fees.

• These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by PeaceOverPower or Printful.

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Printful handles all fulfilment issues. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us immediately with:

• Order number

• Photos (if applicable)

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made‑to‑order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or Printful made an error.
